Shipping Information

All orders for in stock merchandise that are placed before 12:00 PM central time will ship within 1-2 business days of receipt from Minneapolis, MN (USA).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM central time will be considered an order for the next business day and will ship in 2-3 business days.

If you require next day shipping, please choose it from the drop down on the shipping information page. Orders need to be placed by 12:00 PM central time to be available for delivery when using next day services.

International Buyers - Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns

Returns will be accepted for all regularly priced products within 30 days from the original order date if a valid return authorization is provided by customer service.

Please note: On-demand custom order and clearance products are not available for return.

Please contact customer service at bovedasupport@impactgroup.us to request a return. Please provide your order number, the item number, and quantity of the items you would like to return. Customer service will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and will provide return shipping instructions. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 30 days from the original order date and we will process a return or replacement.
